Users can also use it to track overall engagement by documenting how a team has reflected on the information and changes to process.

Key Functionalities

  • Generate a table with the number of total events per time frame.
  • Share within regulatory or staff meetings.
  • Filter and summarize by any timeframe, and by one or multiple facilities.
  • Include or exclude the summaries of each event.
  • Prompt users with four standard questions about safety and improvement related to the events in the time frame.
  • Create a safety report without event summaries.
