Key Functionalities
- Filter by historical view for cases that are open, closed, misrecorded, linked, anonymously reported, etc.
- Filter by event ID to access a quick entry to the summary page view.
- Filter cases by:
- Harm level
- Facility, team, or individual user
- Open, close, or overdue date
- Assign cases to multiple users.
- Monitor cases with action plans.
- Close, change stage, misrecord, and print PDF for an individual or bulk events.
