Users are able to filter, assign, and monitor data – all through a comprehensive overview that informs learnings and action plans.

Key Functionalities

  • Filter by historical view for cases that are open, closed, misrecorded, linked, anonymously reported, etc.
  • Filter by event ID to access a quick entry to the summary page view.
  • Filter cases by:
    • Harm level
    • Facility, team, or individual user
    • Open, close, or overdue date
  • Assign cases to multiple users.
  • Monitor cases with action plans.
  • Close, change stage, misrecord, and print PDF for an individual or bulk events.
