Report your "Good Catches" for a chance to win!

Throughout February, we’re challenging you to report all your good catches.

Canadian pharmacies who report 10 or more near-miss events in the Pharmapod platform will be automatically entered for a chance to win one of 10 free passes to Pharmacy U Toronto and attend as Pharmapod’s special guest.*

Why Report Good Catches?

Reporting near-miss events or “good catches” in your pharmacy is just as important as reporting medication incidents. Near-miss/good catch events remain seriously underreported in healthcare settings worldwide, but they are crucial to helping identify gaps in processes where improvements can be made to prevent future errors.
